General Policies

Arrivals & Departures:

Check in: 4:00pm, Check out: by 10:00am

Deposit Policy:

Reservations require a deposit of one (1) night’s stay (plus 9% Maine Lodging Tax) per room reserved. Upon arrival, the remaining balance is charged to the card on file.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received more than 7 days in advance of arrival will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. Within 7 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. There is no refund for a no-show or early departure.


Rates are based on Double Occupancy. For each additional guest in a room there is an additional fee of $30 per person per night. Children 5 and under stay Free. Maximum 4 per room.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.

Pet Policy:

Dogs are welcome. There is a $50 fee per dog per stay. Please alert us at the time of booking if you are bringing your dog. Please note: Animals of any kind, other than dogs, are not permitted on the property. Do not leave your dog unattended. All dogs must be kept on a leash when outside the room and please pick up after them. Dogs are not permitted in Pool Area. Please see our Pet Friendly page for more information.

No refunds after check in for any reason.
