Fabulous location with beautiful views. Nice restaurant, great breakfast (included with stay). Room was nice with comfortable bed. Only complaint was shower had low water pressure. I would definitely recommend a stay.

It would’ve been a five star review, but the pool was not working. Some of the people were very disappointed about that. The room was super clean. We had a beautiful view on the deck from our bedroom .The servers were excellent. The breakfast was very good. The motel is not far from Boothbay Harbor.

A beautiful location on a private beach. We loved the deck with adrirondack chairs overlooking the water. The breakfast was excellent and we were able to sit outside which was a great start to the day. The complementary canoes were very welcome. So peaceful. I would love to go back and stay longer.

Overall, my experience at Smuggler’s Cove Inn was exceptional. The management and staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and stress-free.
My car broke down upon arrival (did not start) the management was incredibly helpful and friendly. They even transported my family into town so we could get the supplies we needed for our holiday stay — something we truly didn’t expect, but greatly appreciated.
They also kindly extended our stay without any interruptions, allowing me to coordinate travel plans and head home a day after our originally scheduled departure.
Thank you, Smuggler’s Cove, for the outstanding hospitality. We’re grateful and will definitely be back!

I can't say enough good things about smuggler's cove!! Beautiful location with views and friendly staff. The all you can eat breakfast that comes with your room rate is top notch and even being gluten free there was plenty I could get my fill of. The scrambled eggs, fried potatoes and bacon and fruit were my go to but the pancakes and french toast and assortment of pastries and bagels looked delicious. Highly recommend you check this place out when in Booth Bay. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Smugglers Cove is a hidden gem! The grounds are beautiful! The rooms look recently redone. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The on property restaurant is fantastic! Live music Sunday and Tuesday nights. …

We visited Smugglers Cove for 4 nights and we had an amazing stay! The owners and their sons are very welcoming and easy to talk with. Our room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was fresh, hot, and delicious. There were many choices on the breakfast buffet both hot and cold and they continuously replenish to keep it fresh. Coffee was delicious too!
The kayaks, corn hole, heated pool were amazing. A beautiful property with excellent staff always ready to help or make your stay more comfortable.
They also serve dinner, (Not included) that was very good and convenient.
Even a firepit to relax by after a long day.
Definitely recommend! And we will return!

We had the BEST time at Smuggler's Cove Inn. The views from every part of the property are spectacular and the rooms are simple and nicely renovated. Each room comes with a porch or balcony. The little beach and the saltwater pool were perfect for my 4 year old and we spent lots of time throwing rocks in the ocean and splashing in the pool. We watched the fireworks from Boothbay Harbor on 4th of July from the grass overlooking the water. The hotel even hosted their own fireworks show afterwards (this was the first time they have done this - not sure if they will make it a tradition but it was magical). We had a couple conversations with the owners who are lovely and have created a very welcoming space. The property is very well maintained with cornhole and places to play catch, sit and enjoy the view or have a bonfire . The breakfast was excellent - one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant and not only was the food excellent, but they went above and beyond to cater to my kid who was cranky from a day of travel. Bought myself a Smugglers Cove mug to remember the magic when I drink my coffee at home. Thank you for a wonderful visit. We can't wait to come back.

We traveled through New England for 9 days and this hotel was the highlight of our trip. It was so nice to relax and enjoy the beautiful view in our comfortable room after a long week of exploring. The amenities are thoughtful and plentiful. The staff are so kind and helpful. These nice people and incredible location helped facilitate memories that will stick with us for the rest of our lives. I cannot recommend this place enough and I look forward to visiting again.

This was the perfect place for our two nights in the Boothbay Harbor area. The price was right and the room was very comfortable. We really appreciated the onsite restaurant and great breakfast buffet that was included. Kayaks, Cornhole and a heated pool were available. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Well run family resort with very clean rooms and private decks overlooking pool and beautiful ocean cove. Wonderful included breakfast with indoor and outdoor ocean view in their restaurant. Just outside of Boothbay Harbor Village. Outdoor pool by the ocean with water sports. Nice place to stay!
